Which is better?

I'm torn, I really like them both, but I think American dad just tips it for me

American Dad, not because of the "oh it's not as mainstream so that one" thing like my friends claim is the reason I watch

I prefer the characters, storylines, everything really. FG is/was very good and the random cutaway gags are obviously superior but I just grew a bit tired of it.

AD! I've watched less of as well, so it's fresher.

I did love Family Guy, but the moment they turned Stewie from a criminal mastermind to a sassy gay just wrote off the show as out of ideas. American Dad! is just about going the same direction now, but they had 7 good seasons. FG had five.

I fell out of love with FG but I've fallen back in love with it again, so I chose FG.

But AD is good as well! The only problem is it can get a bit boring.. the only characters I really like are Roger and Francine.
