Default How long do you sleep for?

How long do you sleep for when you go to bed? Do you get the full 8 hours of sleep a night?

I get anywhere between 5 - 6 hours....I used to NEED 8 hours to function but its amazing how quick you get used to losing sleep when you have to. Now even if I can have a lie in I'm still up by 7.30 (which is about a 2 hour lie in to the time I usually get up)

I religiously go to bed at midnight on weekdays and wake up at 8am. On Fridays and Saturdays I usually go to bed at 6/7 am after a night out and wake up at noon to watch Bundesliga or Premier League, but I take a nap in the afternoon to recover from the inevitable hangover.

My sleeping pattern is terrible. I either stay up all night and then sleep through to dinnertime or have 4-5 hours sleep.

I try to go to bed early enough to get about 8 hours sleep but I always wind up waking up about 2 hours early and after that I never get back to sleep, so I am constantly tired yay.

I wish I could sleep for 8 hours on a weekday. Problem is I could, but it's going to bed that's the problem. I hate going to bed and I hate getting up. Difficult.

I end up promising myself each morning I'll get an earlier night but it never happens. Go to bed between 2 - 3 most nights which leaves me with about 4 hours sleep, and I end up nearly falling asleep most days. It's quite bad really.

Weekends are my catch up, I'll still go to bed late but will sleep till about 2pm. Bliss.
