In my house we usually go shopping once a week and rarely we may have to pop down again if we run out of something, but generally it's just once.

I don't go shopping for food on my own, most of the time my mother just does it, I'd end up coming home with pepsi and walkers sensations crisps

It varies.
Mostly once a week, however, we did quite a big shop at Tesco yesterday and I am getting an online shop from Asda today. My Asda online delivery is prepaid so I can shop there for free delivery until the 8th January, i can use it every day as long as it is a spend of over Ł40. Asda have fairy dishwasher tabs on offer, a tenner for 70 so I ordered a few packets of them and a few bits and bobs. The beauty of the Internet you can see where all the offers are

Do basically one big shop to last me most the week but will also pop out a couple other times if I fancy something that I haven't got in

One a week... some weeks I only end up with diet coke, catfoot and a couple of DVDs though. But I guess it's a habit to go...

Freezers and cupboard get filled once every 2/3 weeks.
The fridge essentials like milk, cheese, cooked meats, salad etc gets topped up every few days. |

I tend to pick up bits and pieces every day rather than do one big shop.

There's no option for every week and less than more than three. We can only walk up though so we buy a few things most days, rather than do a 'big shop'.

Every month, mainly because people of my parents' generation suffered a lot with inflation back in the 80's when the price of everything got higher overnight and they're still used to stock food.
