I buy cheapo ice cream at Morrisons, a big tube for 89p.

Then I get Fry's Peppermint Cream and keep it in the fridge till it's hard, then chop it up and mix it into the cheapo ice cream.

Lovely. Tastes like really expensive ice cream.

Like a chocolate fudge (not too thick though, then it gets gross) or more preferably chocolate syrup.
