Anyone else think it should have been the other way around with Liam solo and Tom in the group?

I just think that Liam would have shone as a solo and now may be forgotten about really :/

If toms the little one who can dance then he should be on his own, he'll have big energetic performances, whereas he'd be limited in a group as some of them (zain for example) can't dance at all

He is, a few of my mates know him and he's a knob. Boosh said the same thing too.

And yeah I agree, Liam's amazing and his voice is far too powerful for a boyband.

That was purely tactical, none of them, would have got thru to live show, boys category too strong, at least liam and harry will get a shot now with the groups

I think Liam is one of the better singers in the whole competition and to just include him in some supergroup as an afterthought is kinda insulting!
Toim would have been a much better choice! The judges even said during his audition that he would be perfect for a boy band!

Liam is better than Tom at singing, Tom is a better performer,on balance I just would have put Liam through as Tom will struggle with many of the daft themed weeks such as swing week, diva week etc.
Instead of altering age limits its the themed weeks that should go and just have songs they can perform to their best presented in 'live' shows to the viewers.

But Tom is highly unlikely to get thru to live shows and they know that. Liam was unlikely to either considering the competition, but now Liam is likely to go thru to live shows and thats why they did that im sure
