Even when I was a mod I never got why we have this as a function. It serves no purpose but to be annoying as hell.

During a speed challenge of a game I do though or just in general during a game. Makes it hard, I mean in general yes, I don;t care, but could there not be a waiver for during a forum game for the people playing and the host?
