Do you know whats really odd, not one store I was in today had any highlighters at all, superdrug, boots, savers, semichem, and a few independent store, none had them

Ive never heard of it... im not the best with make up, but i thought that when girls do blending or w.e they just used different shades of foundation and blended it all together?
