She isn't that well known but I think I recognise the old her off a car advert, but shocking what happened to her and looks awful now but was v good looking. I've just realised, the top part of her face that looks like its an extra bit I think is actually where the plastic mask ends. So her face isn't actually as bad as it looks. The other woman mentioned in the article looks pretty good now (Pam Warren), so hopefully Katie will look good in a few years time

That poor woman!! What a sick bastard, that article actually makes me feel sad. I'm pleased that she's sort of coping with all of it, what an incredibly strong character she must have. That bastard and his accomplice should be in jail for life, not 16 years!!

What a horrible story, Let's hope they serve a lot longer then the minimum sentence. She seems like a very strong character though, let's hope she continues to rebuild her life.

She sold her story to NOTW as well, this one has more pictures (one very graphic one). But you can tell its a mask in this one, her face looks quite good where her forehead is so hopefully she'll just look botoxed or something when it comes off like the train woman. I hope she goes to the papers when the mask is off though, I'm really curious to see how it turns out
