I been thinking about getting mine whitened for a while, i drink so many carbonated drinks .
I read somewhere online about using hydrogen peroxide for them

Drink throught straws.
Brush 2 - 3 times a day thoroughly.
Get the whitening strips..

Dont drink anything with a lot of sugar in or anything like juice that has the amino acids is it? that dont help..

Just drink water..

Dont eat sweets of anything or chocolate..

Either get them whitened professionally, get veneers, have them removed and replaced with pearly false ones. Use salt and sodium bicarb once a day when brushing normal toothpaste after all meals and sugar or acid containing drinks. Try to eat a balanced diet, drink more milk. Avoid certain types of drugs, some steroids darken the teeth from within.

Brush them with domestos, full strength bleach. It smarts a bit that one but makes them sparkling.(joking on the domestos by the way)

Citric acid is added to lots of fruit juices as a preservative and also flavour enhancer. Especially bulk concentrates that are then used in the petrapaks.
