I only vote for X Factor because there's an actual purpose in voting for an act. I don't know how anyone can waste money voting for bushtucker trials or dancers on Strictly. :/ They probably get 1/4 of the votes XF does....

I usually vote on Big Brother and X Factor though, but as I said if I have favourites. I'll vote on the final/semi final of IAC sometimes, but if I have favourites.

e.g. Big Brother when Freddie kept saying Lisa or David would go in the big vote to save as if he was the oracle of all wisdom. I voted for Lisa and David about 10 times each just to see the look on his face.

Always vote on big brother and i spend crazy amounts! (38 quid on BBCH for Amy and 30 for Sophie this year), and on x factor too. the week i vote for my fave on xf is always the week they go (week five basically)

Apart from Big Brother Finals, Voted About 12 times for Charlie in BB10 on the final night.

But in BB10 I voted for the other person everytime Marcus went up against them.
In BB9 I voted when Rex and Darnell went up for eviction, also the first week when Stephanie went up.

Only sometimes when I think my favourite may be in danger.

Ive voted a few times to evict the HM against Freddie in BB, to save Hira as I knew she'd be in trouble, and to evict Noirin against Marcus.

Ive also voted for Stacey Solomon a few weeks when I thought she might have been in trouble, and a couple times for her to win.

Previous years Ive voted like a couple times in BB and thats it, and I voted for Gareth Gates in Pop Idol once.
