Default Konnie is terrible with the phone calls
Remove her script and shes clueless on ad libbing or responding to calls, its just awkward

I've always liked Konnie but she is absolutely awful on Xtra Factor. I feel really bad for her as well because it seems Cheryl and Simon are taking the piss and there's just so many awkward moments. Especially when that called said something about One Direction and she said to Simon 'yeah, One Direction', he asked 'What about them?' and she just shrugged her shoulders. Cringeworthy.

Holly misses the show, viewers miss Holly. I don't see where the problem is

she can just cut This Morning down to 3 days a week if she wants more time off

Yeah there's so many awkward moments which are uncomfortable to watch. When Holly was the host there was none of that, I get the impression the judges themselves aren't too fussed on Konnie.

Unrelated to this thread I know but does anyone know why they are not showing the contestants answering viewers questions on Xtra Factor anymore? They normally all sit on the sofas and get asked questions by the host
