			You are 50% more likely to have a heart attack if you have less than 6 hours of sleep at night.. or if you go to bed late but get up early :S Think I am ****ed then!! lol You are also 15% more likely to get a stroke if you sleep this little as well. 			Lol sometimes I sleep the recommended amount. However last night I only got a few hours sleep. I woke up at 8:30am. I couldn't get back to sleep :S I went to bed about 5am. Sometimes my brain feels so stiff that I just can't sleep!

			True. I do Stu. I do things in moderation anyway. It's just an excuse to try and aim to get more sleep really. Eventhough like I have said before... when we "die" we will get all the sleep we need. I need enough to function though. When I go to work and that.

			you'd be a paranoid wreck and never go out if you took notice of statistics like this. Ive never heard about lack of sleep contributing to heart attacks but I guess it makes sense that anxious and stressed people generally sleep less. | |||

			I always knew I would die of a Heart Attack eventually [lol that sounds as if i died the other day]  -I Add a bucket load of salt to everything, even fry ups. -I'm always stressed out. And now this has just added onto it. Fml.

			Meh, if we went by what the experts say we would all be sleeping 10 hours, eating nothing but fruit and veg, excercising for a few hours a day...and drinking nothing but water. Though Im sure they have found something harmful in all of the above also   | ||

			Ey I heard carrots is meant to give you cancer. All rubbish I suppose. I think the message is.. at least get some "sleep". However some people can't just sleep for 10 years. Plenty of people have a lot of things to do! lol
