Jem turning on Aaron and trying to turn Faye against him

I must say I was shocked to my core tonight when Jemma was talking about Aaron behind his back in the diary room, and then took it even further by taking Faye to one side and poisoning her mind. She is supposed to be Aaron's friend for god sake
