If I sleep on my back, it usually results in sleep paralysis. I try to fall asleep on my side or my stomach.

I sleep on my side, then roll onto my front with head always facing left. I have never been able to sleep on my back or on my front with my head facing right.

I usually start off on my side but end up on my stomach, I can't sleep on my back because someone told me, when I was a kid, that you have nightmares if you sleep on your back and I've been paranoid about it ever since :/

It's like we are a married couple.

But I always sleep facing left on my stomach because facing right means you put more weight on your left side and you can feel your heart beating, and it really freaks me out.
