I've got to go and buy a new washing machine today.

But I've been awake all night with a sore throat and a cough. I hurt all over. My eyes look like pissholes in the snow and I'm soooooo thirsty. I was 100% normal when I went to bed around 11 last night, then I woke in the early hours.

I am still going, I plan to be out for 9 but at this precise moment I can't even get out of bed.

Dear God, send me a miracle. I will never make jokes about ****ing Idiots again.

get some water in you, and some strong tablets (you're a woman, you should have these).

I have no tablets in entire house. I am now mentally preparing myself to get up.

Yes I need to go early as I haven't yet picked one and I want the absolute best deal, so lots of trekking around.

Yes it does have to be today because I can't cope without one much longer. It's like living in the stone age.

I am just getting over this Kate,it's dreadful 3 weeks on and I still have the runny nose,I swear I look like Rudolph,but the first week I was practically bedridden,i feel sorry for you poor thing,I hope you get your new washer,that might make you feel a bit better,lol and NO one is worse than a man with manflu

Apparently there is a new invention called the interwebs, where people can buy stuff without ever leaving the house. I'm not sure it'll catch on, but it might be worth a try. Especially as there are things called "price comparison websites" that compare prices of the same products to help you save money.

I know that all sounds completely crazy, but you never know.

I always keep some at home. It's the only thing that helps when i get flu.

If you're thinking about food, then that's a good thing. At least you know it's just a common cold. If it was flu, you wouldn't be up or thinking of food. Lots of warm fluids.
