Actually looking at it closely it looks like a secret room.

It looks like its been done out.

Lydia would be amazing in a secret room.

Again, they wouldn't put a room for staff in the house, right next to the living room where housemates sitting on the white chairs or waiting to go in the diary room can hear them talking and they wouldn't surround it with camera runs and mirrors for them to film it .
