Scott has to one of the most irritating hms ever when he's nominating.

What is the point of taking his makeup in and then taking even longer to nominate because he talks the biggest lot of crap and drags out his reasons? He obviously knows that nominations get shown on the highlights.

Even when he's just in the DR talking to them or getting a task he has to have his make up on or with him

At times I like Scott, but In the Diary Room he tries to hard to be funny.
Also Scott seems to be a "slower" person than Deana.

Im with you on this one, also the constant touching of the face and head... bizarre! Sometimes, I think he's not all there.
