They are discussing the fact that Luke A did not nominate Becky and Becky contemplates thanking him. Caroline says that this was "so tactical". There's a bit more discussion about who they nominated instead and Luke S said he thought it was him. Caroline then interjects with "Mr and Mrs Tactical" to which Luke says "Mr and Mr?". But no clarification is forthcoming from Caroline at that point.

I love the way they're blaming Deana, Adam and Luke A for all their votes and saying it was tactical. Conor, Luke S, Ashleigh and Caroline are all up so either they all had different votes or they have to consider the possibility that Scott and Sara also voted for them.........that penny doesn't seem to have dropped at all

This! It could have been that Caroline was refering to Deana and Luke A (Mr & Mrs) but Luke S disagreed by thinking it was Adam and Luke A (Mr & Mr)!
