I still suck mine occasionally, if I am stressed it helps me to go to sleep, comes from preferring my thumb to a dummy as a baby.

I used to find crapping in a nappy comforting. You wouldn't catch me doing that now. Even when drunk.

I don't know though, maybe it's because I never sucked my thumb, I never even had a dummy. Mum says I detested the things.

Although I don't know what I do when I'm sleeping I'm very sure I don't suck my thumb, but I can see why some people might do that because its just a habit that can happen to anyone. So nothing wrong with her in my opinion.

My older sister sucks her two first fingers. My parents hate that she does it, and I never really understood it, but it's just something that she does when she's trying to relax. I don't even think she notices.

Charlies behaviour in general is very childish imo, the whole saying something stupid and acting like a kid afterwards is another example. I'm liking her less day by day since her mother left, she's gotten way worse

Yeah I would , to be honest I would find it really embarrassing and I would be ultra aware of myself. If I found myself doing it I would be mortified.
