I'd probably be most comfortable in the bedroom, and maybe conjure in some sort of den/treehouse with others because of the seclusion. It's probably easier to converse in those type of areas as well.

I'd definitely feel least comfortable in the kitchen and bathroom.

I imagine it gets quite boring in there at times so I'd probably be in the smoking area a lot and pushing idiots in the pool.

I'd end up wherever the wine/food is, because I'm the sort of person who goes into the kitchen for a top up at parties and gets stuck there all night, chatting. I'd also escape to the treehouse to dream/hide from time to time.

The Seating Area as I can see everything that is going on, plus I can be in the flow of all the conversations more as that's where most of the action will be.
