I find this a hard question cos of my ambivalence, I could wear no underwear the rest of my life easily enough but at the same time it wouldn't bother me hugely if people hadn't brushed their teeth, as long as they at least tried their best to maintain some standard of dental hygiene most the time

I quite often don't wear underwear as I find it really restrictive, so I'd go for the teeth thing.
