4 seconds or less is best for a good quality avatar. I can also make an animation from a series of images if you
give me the links to them and tell me how fast you want it. The shorter the original video the faster I can make the gif.

I can also crop and resize images just tell me what size you want it or what you want cropped and I'll do it for you.

Because I don't live in the UK I don't have access to some youtube videos but I will try to find alternatives if I can.
