Depends if I'm at work or not. If I've got work, I'll usually go on the computer for a while before I head out to it in the afternoon and then I'll be back on at around 10ish for a bit if I've not got anything planned for the evening.

Days off are fully dependant on what I've got planned.

Usually just pop in and out in the evenings then normally have a day off in the week where I'll be more active. I am off all week from today though for some World Cup watching so will be on quite a bit
