Depends on whether she means he used a urinal in front of her or just went into a cubicle. If he just went into the cubicle I don't see her issue. Urinals should have no place in unisex toilets though imo

You can't have urinals and toilets in the same room and call it gender neutral so it must just have cubicles...if it had both it would just be a mens toilet.

A gay bar local to me has "gender neutral" loos. It's just a big space with sinks in the middle and cubicles lining the walls. It's fine, no-one cares, but I can understand why women want female only spaces in general.
