Today shall be the last day that I drink for some time, maybe a couple of months or possibly more. We'll see

I started sobriety a few weeks ago.


That sounds dramatic, but really all I did was choose to have some time off the booze for a few months. My aim is to be alcohol-free until May/mid-May and have a few sober nights out before then. And the end goal is to be able to handle my drinking better and not over-do it/relying on being drunk to have a good time.

I did it a couple of years ago and honestly I didn't even care about drinking... for me I'd definitely say it's more fun to drink when you're with friends/in that environment, but it's not really a priority either. I drink way more on my own than with friends so it's not much of a problem

Same for me, I want to be able to control it better and not do it all the time just because I feel like it

Mint not another attempt to avoid the inevitable?. Don't forget alcohol kills Covid. This is the wrong time to give up the cure.

Sugar keeps posting about alcohols benefitting the covid

Tbh I feel like I've drank enough lately anyway over the past few weeks for it to be effective enough
