…I don’t know where you are with it but this is a guide to the complaints procedure/process in regard to British Gas…
https://www.britishgas.co.uk/complaints.html …(…I would think…)…the thing to do is to go through that process first so that you can present all of that to any outside ombudsman…. |

Have you been through their complaints procedure first? Think the Ombudsman won't look at it until you have exhausted everything with the company.

I have Annie. It has been ongoing for roughly 3 months now. I've raised several complaints with absolutely zero response on each occasion. It is quite appalling. Just spoke with the Ombudsman, he's taken all the details etc. I should expect to hear back from him on approximately 2 weeks.
