"A HERO was murdered on Halloween for defending his
girlfriend from thugs who spat on her witch costume.
Innocent Ben Gardner, 30, died of head injuries after he
was repeatedly punched and kicked outside a kebab shop.
One of the louts had grabbed his girlfriend's tall black hat
and when told to give it back, spat inside it.
Another came from behind and delivered two punches
to the back of Ben's head when he repeated demands for the item.
Ben fell to the ground and was kicked in the head until he was unconscious in Sutton, South London. His lover, 28, was also punched in the face."

I know a 16 year old who was stabbed in the leg on halloween because he said his bag was empty when he asked for it. Thankfully he's ok now but did get 16 stitches in his leg.
