It's a competition. They are only going to pick one. Not a fantasy land for everyone to be allowed their own personal theme based on their favourite celebrities.

Yeah but it wouldn't be a static theme with just one particular person on it, the idea would be that the actual theme is the same but the banner at the top changes every time you refresh the forum home page, so one time there might indeed be Cher but another time there might be Nigel Havers, Pete Bennett, Dermot O'Leary.... depends who gets added to the theme, but you get my drift?!
