I won’t open the mental health can of worms specifically because once you start getting into the banner of discrete disorders it takes on a nature that this thread isn’t supposed to be broad enough to cover but how would you rank your psychological state of mind at the moment? Do you feel content within yourself (however that would manifest for you) or are you struggling a bit?

because i tested, and before you ask why I was nosy as i had never had it before and my sister tested positive and she did because her husband is immunocompromised and has an appt next week so obv she wanted to make sure he made it

Ironically I ended up getting a ’flu.-jab (not a Covid-vaccine) before the weekend and I didn’t think it would have much effect but it left me with a banging migraine-like headache that drinking didn’t help with (and I only had a can or two of Red Stripe so I know it wasn’t even a case of being hungover) and zero-energy so I haven’t been with it this weekend. I’ve still got a bit of work to crack on with by tomorrow but it’s only two coffees later that I have the energy to rouse myself to do anything.

i had the covid and flu vaccines and didn't have a single side effect
