The only reason to dislike him is because of his looks.

I mean, theres no personality there whatsoever...because apparently people can only like him because of his looks. Nothing to do with anything else.

So therefor, everyone who hates him, has to be jealous by your logic. If he has no personality that people could like...then there is also no personality for you to dislike.

Since everything is about looks.

Thats not my point.

The only possible reaosn to like john james is his looks...so therefor the only possible reason to dislike him is his looks.

I don't like him due to his looks

Although I can see what you mean from a girl point of view, all his fans on the female side wouldn't give a sh*t about him if he looked like Dave.

I just like him due to his humour and the way he's so slow and loves to argue and I also like him because of the fact he knows so much about BB UK and he isn't even from here and because he obviously wants to win and wants to play the game, I love game players.

Your point is not axiomatic.

I do not find John James attractive, and am baffled by those who do, but each to their own. I dislike him because he professes NOT to be playing a game, when quite evidently he is, (I've no problem with that but cant stand him for denying it) He professes NOT to like liars (although he lies). He professes that he is not at all attracted to Josie or romantically interested in her yet he continues to lead her on. He professes NOT to care about public perception, yet he is continuously banging on about other people's game plans, and how they are being perceived. He picks on people that he perceives to be weaker than himself in order to grandstand and create dramas around himself. He is the biggest HYPOCRITE in the house, and I detest hypocrites.

But you need not worry since the producers have made JJ1 their chosen one and despite him breaking the rules talking about noms with Dave, it is not he who is up for eviction, and despite him breaking out of the house, they have allowed him back in. He is even prepared to break a girl's heart to win, that's how nasty he really is.

He is sly, manipulative and devious and I can't imagine why you would think anyone could be jealous of such a lying snake? I'm certainly not (oh and by the way I'm female and can assure you I find him totally repulsive).

Vickys' point is valid. JJ haters seem to say that those who like JJ only do because of his looks and that he has no personality. If he has no personality and is only liked because of his appearance, then he has no personality to dislike, and must only be disliked because of his appearance.

And jords, I already know you are one of the more rational members who understands that not everyone is shallow. This was mostly directed at the people who seem to think that EVERYONE who likes him fancies him

I agree,what sane adult woman would seriously think JJ was a nice 'man' let alone a worthy winner.i can not think of one redeeming quality he has,he used to be one of my faves,i can hardly believe that myself!!

Vicky you are not understanding, most of the BB audience are teenage girls, he is only popular because they all think he is fit, we know not all his fans are like that, inparticular adults, but there are way more young people who watch the show with a shallow mind set.

No but its a simple assumption, I thought most people thought like this. Im at an all boys school ('cept sixth form) and its rarely spoken about, probably a reason why I found somewhere online to speak about it.

but it's an assumption you made, I never thought that way, I mean I'm 31 and watch it because I have watched it from the very first one so I would imagine alot of fans are older then young teenagers, people who have watched it from the start

Yeah but I think its very likely! I get the impression most fans lost interest as the series went on but new fans got into it who were made up of most young people. Idk, might be way off the mark but it seems so to me.

And I know you and Vicky dont like John James purely on looks, dont feel like youre being targetted, I think most people refer to all the girls at home with their mobile phones when they say 'JJ fans only like him because of his looks', I know thats the type I mean.
