Default Do you REALLY want Big Brother back?

Pretty much in the title.

Are you over the moon at the prospect of BB returning or are you wary.

I for one was momentarily excited at the prospect of the show returning, but it was extinguished almost immediately.

I think its far too soon for the show to come back, a year after C4's 'Big Send Off' and feel if C5 were to wait until next year instead of ramming BB in our faces, which includes a CBB, A normal series in the Autumn and Winter and then another CBB mere months apart, it would have more of an impact.

Would you rather it waited then come back with a bang next summer or are you jizzing yourself at the prospect of it returning much sooner?

Who said we are getting CBB, a normal series, and then another CBB in the space of the next year? That's madness and franchise suicide. It will never happen, regardless of what the papers say.

It will be a CBB at the end of the year at the very earliest.

Yeah I want it back, it's something to watch and talk about in the summer when I've got f all else to do. I've never been a huge fan of Big Brother, I've only ever really casually watched it so dont have so strong a sentimental attachment that I want to let it's rest or anything like that. If it comes back and it's sh*t well then it's not the end of the world, there's no real harm in it returning, from my point of view anyway

Thumbs down Do you REALLY want Big Brother back?

Yes ..... and No .....

Yes because I like the original concept .....

No because recent presentations have rarely met my expectations .....

So, more No than Yes .....

To be honest i think the programme has had it's day and it's time to move on to other shows. maybe in about 5 years it would be good to see it again.

I want it back - gambling on evictions is an easy-peasy way to make money.......about £30k worth since BB7. It's my invested interest in the show and each time I look at the little 2 seater car sitting in the driveway, or the pictures from Mauritius, that's what BB means to me.

Everything else involves working for a living and allocated to mortgage-type funds - it's a nightmare if gone.

Ah if only everything in life was that simple.

You have to pay to register the new domain name, that is if it is even available. then sometimes the server that hosts the site wont you let you rename sites without paying them money, the owner has agreed to a contract for a site named thisisbigbrother. Some Hosts look upon it as a new contract so charge full wack.

Then someone has to rename all the site pages, otherwise links wont work, all links on pages have to be checked and if need be amended, this can sometiems be done automatically using a program depends on the type of BB you are using. Or would you suggest just starting a new site?

Do you have shares in it?! Mark's TiBB worth £100k perhaps with C5 running with a BB. Without it, worth about £6.79 and on sale to the next bot to join.

Absolutely agree with this. I was just thinking, what a massive amount of negativity about BB, on a site called This Is Big Brother.

But you've got to figure-in that BB is just a franchise - some apparently dedicated people just care of it for an easy gambling opporchancity and don't really give a hoot what happens. That is me. Play on the live BB forums cos some people amuse - otherwise not a big fan

Gee whiz guys do you not think it could be down to the fact that some people on here have known each other and have communicated with each other on this forum for years now and don't want to go away even if the forum's primary subject matter doesn't interest them any more?

I have not been interested in Big Brother since series 10 ended but I do still want it back. I'm going to miss coming in drunk and throwing on Live Feed this summer.

Yeah the good old days.

Many a night I drunkenly fell asleep watching the housemates snore.
