I was curious as to what was said for Jay to be kicked off the show, so I skytaped the repeat and fast forwarded it to that piece of the show. Here's what was said, there were bits deleted from it, you could tell.

Glynn: Come and take a seat. I've got to have a really difficult conversation with you now, and it's a conversation I don't really want to have with you.

It's recently come to our attention that you haven't been entirely truthful about ummm, events in your recent past.

*Jay nodding but looking sullen*

Glynn: I'm gonna have to ask you to leave this competition.

*the segment seems to jump forward a bit*

Jay: Gutted.

* Glynn goes to talk to the group*

Glynn: Got some bad news. I've had to ask Jay to leave the competition.

*Gasps and looks of horror all round, and talking about Jay as a mate etc;*

Jay: Never mean to purposely deceive anybody or like lie about anything. It's meant the world to us, do'yaknow what I mean.

BB haven't said anything about him putting his sh*t in the freezer - and they didn't say a word about that (and clearly told the hms to shut up about it too)....why should KP's show have to be any different.
