I generally don't mind...it beats being called an awful name but I couldn't call someone I don't know "love" or something.....

I have no problem with it in real life, on forums it depends on the context they are used
as some posters use them to try and patronise.

haha, yeah, see that's where my depends thing comes in, if it were a 90 year old man or woman saying that to me, it wouldn't bother me but it probably would in other situations
