I get the feeling that channel 5 are worried. They realise that they crossed the line and allowed Helen to break every rule in the book. The buck stops with Channel 5, and the production team are sh****ing themselves.

Why else would they be all over Brian now, being nice as pie? when a housemate 'walks' and breaks the contract, they usually are not very happy with that housemate and certainly wouldn't be inviting them onto BOTS.

You can't go around in life accusing people of being something they aren't and get away with it...just because you can't control what comes out of your mouth. Even people in the wrong deserve defense when claims are being exaggerated. Helen did not break any laws in regards to defamation of character. She wasn't nice and she overstepped but she didn't defame. It wasn't slander.
