The wannabe model was expecting her fourth child when she was told that having the procedure while pregnant was too risky. She terminated the pregnancy at 12 weeks and now hopes to have the surgery so that she can go on to have a career in the porn industry.


Speaking to The Sunday People, she said: "I'm having this nose job no matter what gets in my way. Pregnancy was a major obstacle and an abortion was the answer to it – so that’s what I did."

She added: "Anyone who criticises me for putting my looks ahead of an unborn child has no right until they're the ones putting food on the table for my kids.

"I don't care what anyone thinks. My body, my decision."

The NHS boob job mum added: "I had already booked a consultation at a cosmetic surgery company before I found out I was pregnant. I'd had the boobs done, I had the body. But I realised that to be really successful in the adult industry I needed the face too.

"When I found I was pregnant I told the dad and he was really happy. But I was already thinking about the effect having another baby would have on my plans. I want to do glamour and some more adult work, like porn films."

Josie said that she was putting herself first saying: "I put my life on hold for my other kids. But now is my chance to get the looks I need so I can have the *career I always wanted.

"And I'll love the money."

The 25 year old caused outrage last year when she said that she was planning to end her pregnancy in order to appear on Big Brother. However, she changed her mind and gave birth to daughter Grace last year.

I thought you went through an actual process to have abortions. Surely they don't grant them for such frivolous reasons?

You guys do realise that Josie Cunningham has made enough money to have her nose done through her 'Shocking' tweets?

I thought Cunningham was the biggest bitch this country has ever seen until I saw her documentary and realised she was just a silly, none too clever young mum who had fallen into the hands of a manager (the guy who thinks up the tweets) who could make himself and her, a lot of money.

I don't agree about her getting a boob job on the NHS; as for abortion, I'm pro choice...lots of women have them. The fact that she (her manager) tweeted about it is by the by. Cunningham lost the ability to annoy me after watching that documentary.

Didn't she already do the "I had an abortion because -insert ridiculously shallow reason here-" thing? Clearly she o ly says these things to get her name in the media......and it seems to be working too. Another one from the Katie Hopkins school of how to be famous with no talent
