I've found cutting it out quite easy coz I was a big meat eater before and my family still are but literally overnight I wen't vegan. Although I'll admit I ate a meaty sub once when I was really drunk

I eat it pretty much every day but i really want to cut down on it bc it's bad for the environment and my health!

I've tried to become a vegetarian and have some of the mind sets but I ultimately still eat it. I want to try to cut it out and sometimes do have meat free days

It's good for weight loss,especially as you don't even think you are going without anything.
