Ive watched the vid, yes I find it acceptable. I can't see your problem.
It's just some birthday party or something and a kid is prancing about in a very non sexual way fully clothed. The fake money is a prop for the performance yes but there's no sleezy undertone.

Not playing dumb. If throwing money at someone is sexual then the street performers are a bit more disturbing than first thought.
