I was in the PO and was thinking about sneezing but stifled it as i felt a little paranoid.

Have you felt this?

i'm just paranoid about a tickle in my throat or a stray sneeze ... wherever i am. The trusty thermometer has come to the rescue on several occasions

Yes. I have given up my social activities. The only thing I am going out for is food shopping. Gonna be climbing the walls soon

i mean going out to work, supermarket, Post Office, dog walk, dump etc

ALL tests, appointments at hospital, doctors and hospice are cancelled, all updates by telephone for the foreseeable.
I must be one of the few that are looking forward to total isolation

Yeah, I was in Sainsburys getting my weekly shopping and someone started with a hacking cough as the walked right next to me
