My sleep pattern is abysmal atm. I wake in the early hours and always have a craving for an ice lolly.
Do you get midnight munchies (or later).

No it's a silly thing to do. If your sleep pattern is bad it's bad for a reason.
Sleep is controllable and 9/10 issues are due to lifestyle Run 15 miles tomorrow and i will guarantee you a good night's sleep |
