I was away at the beach recently, lots of single person toilets being used by all with no drama .

Our toilets here in work are unisex but we have 2 and they're just rooms like a toilet in a house so totally depends on the set up as well i think

do women have to wait until someone is assaulted or murdered, surely a bit of outside the box thinking could be applied here, it is already proven some men will self ID as women for reasons other than wanting to be a woman

Yeah talking about assaults is a bit of a strawtran, as safeguarding isn't the only argument against males going into woman-only spaces. Even in a world without crime, women should be able to expect to not see men in certain places.

of course it does, a busy beach or pub or restaurant is not going to pose any risk to women using the same toilet as men, that is not to say there wont be areas where woman will not want to share facilities

Yeah, i'm thinking of the ones where there's a communal space with sinks, Sanitary product vending machines, hand dryers and where the toilets are those stall type ones with gaps at the top and bottom

I think we have all been in places where there are communal facilities, that is not to say they are appropriate 100% of the time
