Default How’s your psychological well-being at the moment?
I won’t open the mental health can of worms specifically because once you start getting into the banner of discrete disorders it takes on a nature that this thread isn’t supposed to be broad enough to cover but how would you rank your psychological state of mind at the moment? Do you feel content within yourself (however that would manifest for you) or are you struggling a bit?

I’d be in a better mood if certain circumstances were more aligned in my favour at the moment but compared to a lot of people I can’t complain.

My conclusions from studying these Poll results are Irish people are the happiest followed by the Scots and trailing behind are the English

I’ve still got a bit of work to crack on with by tomorrow but it’s only two coffees later that I have the energy to rouse myself to do anything.

i had the covid and flu vaccines and didn't have a single side effect
