The way that Reddit tells it...

• Nathan and Lily were plotting a prank against someone and they eventually chose Hanah - the original prank was to squirt mayonnaise on her
  
• Lily wanted to prank Thomas at first but Nathan chose Hanah because she would be more likely to kick off, and he called Thomas boring.
  
• Lily tells Nathan she ‘accidentally’ (not sure if it was accidental or not) poured wine on Hanah’s bed.
  
• Hanah got upset and confronted Lily, who told Nathan and Nathan told Lily to tell Hanah to **** off.
  
• Dean and Ali were still talking about the red witch comment: she called Hanah, Khaled and Segun ‘marsupials’
  
• Prior to Nathan telling Lily to tell Hanah to **** off, Nathan and Lily called her fake and aggressive.
  
• Rose was in the room and just sat watching

I mean, pouring booze on a Muslim's bed is beyond a joke... And then calling H/ K/ S literal animals seems, and I hate to say it... Racist?

Well they (Lily and Nathan I think) were talking about pranking Hanah last night with Mayonnaise. Lily wanted to do it but Dean and Ali were saying not to (If I recall correctly). Not sure what went down after that.

Well, many will interpret it that way, even if not. A white girl naming a group of three PoC as a type of animal won't come over well.

People refer to other people as animals all the time, it's not automatically racist because she's white and they're not and it's pretty disturbing how enthusiastic and eager people are to label others racist lately.

I've agreed with that, but I am saying how many will take it, and we know they will.

but just because too many people are labelled racist, which I agree happens, it doesn't mean no one should be ever again.

It's ok to call it out when it's actually there.

Yes, when it's actually there and we know it is. What you're doing is jumping the gun and shoving that label on her preemptively because you don't like her.

I take racism seriously, I've been on the receiving end since childhood. And I think it's a shame that people throw the word around so lightly

I hope this makes Lily's popularity take a huge crash down to the ground .

On L& L they showed a clip of Lily thinking of doing a prank on someone ....they kept bringing up Hannah's name .

Lily kept going on about squirting Mayonnaise on someone,and her master Ali said " no don't do that to Hanah" . And I think cold sore Nathan said something like... "don't ruin the nice day " .

So it looks like Lily came up with another awful prank. This isn't even a light hearted funny joke ,this basically trying to cause unnecessary drama ...and she just wants to be malicious and nasty towards Hanah because of the whole nomination rule break reveal, Lily is pathetic.
