It's not something I'd put up myself, but it wouldn't bother me if anyone else did, I understand the sentiment in today's world.

If it mentioned any religious stuff I'd like it less.

That would be enough for me to think it's not coming from a place of genuine human affection, but religious brainrot . I don't really trust the philanthropy of heavily religious people... if they genuinely believe in all the god/jesus/heaven stuff then there's a clear ulterior motive for their positivity .

When non-religious people are nice and have nothing to gain from it I give them the benefit of the doubt that they're just nice.

That said...

...I trust nice colleagues etc. a lot more once I know that they also have their dark side .

I'd probably think they were well meaning but shallow, that they liked to think of themselves as spiritual and one with the universe, that they had an unwise habit of throwing around pretty heavy words like love like they were sweets, etc.
