I never watched the Ozzie one but I didn't mean by the American public, I meant by Simon. Dannii was his golden girl when she first joined the judging panel, she was then swiftly pushed over next to Louis and Cheryl took the Simons golden girl spot, I wonder will Cheryl now be pushed out of the way and the place taken by Nicole?

You could apply the same to Sharon as well, she was sidelined to make way for Dannii. But I mean on Australia's Got Talent, it all revolves around Dannii in the way that X Factor currently revolves around Cheryl.

I'd be surprised by Will Smith's inclusion, He's pretty much gold dust in Hollywood so I'd be surprised if he gave up such a large part of the year for TV work.

Can't see Will Smith lowering himself to role as a TV judge! He's pretty much the biggest box office draw in Hollywood. Can't think of one good reason why he'd do it tbh.

I think this is correct. Simon didn't seem very uncomfortable when he was on American Idol with Ellen Degeneres. There was zero chemistry - he seems far more relaxed on the British shows.

Can you imagine Will Smith getting the 'overs' - how would he cope with a Mary Byrne??
