Keeping in line with the recent food comparison threads. Pick wisely.

Not tried either but Nigerian sounds nicer / spicier? So that. I'd skip the ginger if I ever made it though.

If any of you get to Waitrose, buy their packaged chicken stock (or use Knorr-bottle stock from wherever) and rose veal and use that as a protein-base for your jollof. If you can add chicken/duck/goose/turkey feet, even better.
And add white pepper.

I don’t think LT’s getting more exotic than mac. and cheese.
I prefer the cheese with tomato personally. As far as my pasta goes. There was a time I almost got in trouble at school for dashing off to Tesco more mornings for a tub of that and some midget-gems. It was a staple.

In my eyes Blondes, Brunettes, and Asian women with big chests and a feisty attitude are my jam. ![]() But on topic, and trying to be less silly lol. I haven't really tried African Rice, I mainly eat Asian styled Rice, and the odd Caribbean Rice when it's on Jerk Chicken.
