“Wouldn’t It Be Nice” by The Beach Boys always gets me going. There’s something nostalgic and hopefully sad about it. Idk.

Incidentally it’s my favourite song ever too which can be a bit of a bummer!

...it’s never really a song that makes me cry, it’s more something that it has an association with.../..a time or place in life that the song is attached to, that’s what brings the emotion for me...like songs I attach to movies, are attached to specific scenes and it’s the scene itself...

...one of the more recent songs that brings that emotion for me is actually a song/and artist that I’m not a fan of...but it was a moment in time that meant so much...

That’s it for me.
Songs can stir emotional memories that are relevant to you basically. Good and bad.
The only one that really gets me is Auld Lang syne, always has from being a child.
