Sad for the employees and hope they can find work quickly elsewhere but Jamie Oliver is a **** that deserves to go out of business.

It's all well and good trying to promote a healthy lifestyle but he does nothing for the fact that eating healthily and organic is often expensive. He's trying to force people to change their habits while not dealing with the fact that people can't always afford to eat the organic options. Plus it should be a choice to begin with.

I don't understand his rich people can allow themselves to go bust.

If I was ever making that much money, I'd invest in property and be a landlord on the side. Rent money is much more than mortgages, and the houses and/or apartments could be sold off for retirement or in times of crisis.

Yes you're right Kaz. Jamie has worked very hard over the years and seems to genuinely care about people especially childrens dietary health. Its a real shame to hear this news.

I doubt he's "bust" as in personally broke, just his restaurant chain will be in the red and have no hope of pulling back up which makes liquidating the business the only real option.

Often when this happens the top people in the company are still drawing 6-figure salaries right up until the moment the company ceases to exist .
