I actually don’t mind Thailand! I think it’s an okay season if you go in with an open mind. Granted it’s not as good as the first 4 seasons but it’s fine and watchable. From the seasons you have seen, I’d say it’s better than One World and maybe even Tocantins?

I might just give it a try then and if it bores me after a few episodes I can always switch. I managed to get through One World like you say which was pretty diabolical

I ended up going to Cagayan (which I’ve started before but never finished, it’s good though.) Honestly J’Tia might be the best (of the seasons I’ve seen) early boot so far she was SOOOOOO bad at Survivor but in the most loveable hilarious way. She literally sucked at every single challenge she threw her tribes full rice supply on the fire and still somehow survived she was awful at the social aspects of the game too lmfao. I wish she’d have stayed longer because she was brilliant TV, hopefully she will come back one day

This season is great so far the merge episode is coming up next. I can’t believe I gave up watching the first time there’s so many great characters like Trish/Tony/Morgan/Tasha. Even some of the some of the pre-merge boots like J’Tia/Brice/Alexis have been good too.

I have FLOWN through this season, it’s been great though and definitely in my top five, if not top three of all the seasons I’ve watched. Down to the F5 now and I love everyone there besides Spencer (who is ****ing odious) but Tony/Kass/Woo are probably three of my favourites from any season tbh, finding it hard to pick a number one between those three.

I actually have quite a few issues once Cagayan gets past the merge episode honestly. I know that's not a popular opinion around here but I think the string of episodes after the merge are pretty weak and focus WAY too much on Tony and Spencer. I also have a lot of problems with Tony's edit as a whole that I'll talk about more eventually :3

I definitely get that if you’re not a Tony or Spencer fan the season is probably a bit of a chore luckily I love Tony so his edit hasn’t bothered me at all but yeah they are the focal points of the season storyline in terms of editing.

Finished Cagayan! What a great season, I knew it was held in high regard on here and it didn’t disappoint... such a treat

Tony, Kass and Woo being the final three too was perfect! Three of my very favourite contestants form the seasons I’ve seen so far but so many people were great this season. Woo taking Tony to F2 has to be one of the weirdest decisions ever made tho (but so on brand for Woo) I might watch Kaôh Rōng next as it’s BvBvB... or I might just struggle my way through Thailand, I’ll have to see

I recently just finished a Cagayan watch too! I really enjoyed it and my opinions are pretty similar to yours (I really like all the people you have in dark green and I can’t stand Spencer either ) I also found it hard to pick a #1 for the season (for me it was between Kass and Trish) but I settled for Kass in the end because I feel like I appreciate her arc more

I am! I’m really enjoying it, I just got past the episode where Jon and Jaclyn fight and she doesn’t speak to him for five hours This season’s a lot of fun, I can see why it’s your favourite and it’s a contender for my favourite too

Just watched Shii-Ann’s boot episode and I’m presuming the last six episodes are going to be a SLOG to get through. Shii-Ann, Ghandia and Robb going pre-merge is no doubt going to hurt the season; everybody left is void of personality besides Jan :/

I’ve just got the final to watch tomorrow now, it’s not been nowhere near the best and probably is my second least favourite to date after One World but it’s not been as bad as my expectations. Still not great tho, maybe like a 4/10?

Yeah I always feel like it gets a bad rep but I get why it does if that makes sense? Lots of people say it’s their least favourite season ever (or second after RI), but while I definitely don’t think it’s great, I don’t think it’s bad either! I think it also helps that I really liked Clay, Helen and Jan and they made it to the final episode I’d give it a 5/10, and in my season ranking I have it at the top of the seasons that are in orange

Also, Amazon is a fantastic season if you’re going in chronological order and watching it next
