The difference between Biden and someone like Trump, is that Biden was an active politician throughout much of the Troubles, and when the GFA was conceived and signed in the first place. He will have been following it at the time and thus is far more aware of its importance.

...Trump and Johnson are so similar as well in character...in terms of ‘self protection’ above all else and not really paying any mind to legal or illegal...they both know their goals, and that’s their only focus...to achieve those, whatever the cost to others...?...they’re fundamentally, not politicians because of their self serving natures...
