It was a terrible thing to do but it's impossible to comprehend the trauma she'd have gone through - conceiving a baby at 14, an abusive father who was dying himself, never receiving proper medical care for her pregnancy, giving birth on her own in her bedroom.. it's enough to break anyone

In many ways I have more sympathy for her than the woman who fraudulently gained abortion pills to kill her baby at 32 weeks

Yeah I'm conflicted on this story. She was a child panicking. What she did was abhorrent but who knows her state of mind. The sentence is right imo....she was old.enough to know that her actions were wrong but hormones, her age and the shock of an unknown pregnancy surely played a massive part in her actions

I see it as more deceptive than accurate with such a delicious Condiment as her surname.

But seriously I get that this girl is young, and we've all done stupid **** as kids.

However crushing a baby's skull is not really excusable for a 19 year old to have committed imo, she should've got at the bare minimum 20 years in Prison.
